OHF's 2019 Teen Retreat

The following registration is for individuals attending an OHF Teen Leadership Retreat group activity. Each individual attending should fill out their own form.

OHF is committed to building strong teens and leaders in the bleeding disorders community.

We invite you to come see what it's all about!

Who: anyone age 13-19; affected with a bleeding disorder and their unaffected siblings (or living in the same household), child of a affected parent.

What: A retreat with leadership training, learning, friendship and fun, adventure, ropes course, water activities, great food, and all of your friends.

When: May 17; arrive 4-5pm - May 19; depart in the morning
