Annual Meeting Registration is Open! Annual Meeting will take place August 7 and 8, 2026 in Tulsa at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center.
We will start with Dinner (including the Camp Video) and entertainment Friday evening. Saturday will be full of educational sessions and fun activities for the kids.
New this year: Due to rising costs, we are asking each family that registers to pay $25 to help defray some of the cost of the event. There are a limited number of registration fee waivers available on a first come, first served basis. Your registration will not be considered complete until the payment has been received. A link will be provided upon completion of this form.
